The small Ping button now gives enough data to judge a connection, and the website now photographs the app it is actually shipping.

Four probes instead of one

The in-app Ping sends four probes and reports sent and received counts, packet loss, minimum, average, and maximum latency, plus TTL when a reply provides it. That makes a quick health check much less dependent on one lucky packet.

Continuous ping is still one click away

Ping in a command prompt is unchanged. It remains the continuous option for watching a device reboot, waiting for an address to return, or leaving a ping running while you work.

The website now captures the current UI automatically

Every Pages deployment builds the current interface, runs its fictional demo network, captures the result, details, actions, first-run, scanning, and settings views, then converts those screenshots to WebP before publishing.
